The restaurant was born on March 18, 2000 by the will of the Paoli family, Stefano and Katia already managers of another restaurant decide to open a small restaurant, tailored for them. Hence the idea of the New Dolce Vita, in the dining room the two owners, in the kitchen a friendly chef, all tailored and in the family, the first are home-made, Katia's smile and Stefano's sympathy make that from there to little the local becomes a reality, with a single purpose being able to do yes, that people always find themselves at ease.
