The apartment was completely renovated in 2007, it is heated , therefore also available during the winter months.

It is particularly suitable for tourist stays , and during the winter months it is also available for short periods of work , for example: reunions, meetings etc….

Composed of a brand new and equipped kitchenette with hob and oven, complete with utensils, dishes, refrigerator with freezer.

Living room with double sofa bed, 1 large double bedroom with the possibility of adding an extra bed, bathroom.
Washing machine in the apartment.

Storage for strollers or baby carriages in the entrance.

Excluding bed linen and towels.

• Rentals are weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
• The amount includes the cost of electricity, water and gas.
• Start of stay at 4.00 pm and end of stay at 9.00 am
• Deposit of 30% upon booking.
• The balance upon arrival with apartment keys delivery
• Obligation to return the kitchenette clean

The apartment is also available for short stays on weekends.
