The Residenza Verdemare is located in Misano Adriatico in the province of Rimini on the splendid Romagna Riviera.
We are immersed in greenery and tranquility and at the same time we are just 1 km from the sea and the wonderful sandy beaches of Misano, Portoverde and Cattolica. All this means that from every window you can enjoy an enchanting panorama, between the green hills of Romagna and the scent of the sea.
The VerdeMare Residency is located in a strategic point to fully experience all the beauty that the Romagna Riviera offers: the beaches are less than 1 km away and in a few minutes by car you can reach many tourist locations such as: Cattolica, Riccione, Rimini, Cesenatico, Cervia, Milano Marittina. From the VerdeMare Residence it is possible to reach the Santa Monica Autodrome on foot in twenty minutes.
For those who love nature, Mount San Bartolo with its beautiful park is 10 minutes away by car, as is the beautiful Vallugola beach at the foot of the same mountain.

Each rooms are equipped with TV, hairdryer & private bathroom. Inside you will find both bedroom and bathroom linen.
