The event was born in Gabicce Mare in 1992 where every year it animates the town thanks to the traditional presence of many foreign crews. In fact, in addition to the Italian crews, there were participants from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Holland and Switzerland. The models representing the range produced by MG were TC, TD, TF, A, A Twin Cam, B, B/GT V8, C, RV8, F, TF.

The prestigious vintage cars leave from Gabicce Mare to discover our territory among panoramic roads, hills, sea and food and wine, returning every evening.

"MG BY THE SEA" is traditionally escorted by the Motorcycles of the Traffic Police to demonstrate how important the preparation of an impressive Public Order service is to guarantee the safety of the road as well as the public curious to capture the moment of the passage of the "old ladies ".
